McKesson builds in Brazil with Celesio buy

San Francisco–based health care services provider McKesson has turned to counsel in six countries for its US$8.1 billion acquisition of a controlling stake in Germany’s Celesio – a deal which will hand the US company control of Brazilian supplier Panpharma.
