Brazilian law firm Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados has advised WebForce Networks in the sale of the Brazilian free-hosting site HpG to iG, one of the largest Brazilian internet service providers. HpG, solely owned by Webforce, ranked as the fourth biggest site in Brazil.
