Marval and Cibils lead landmark bank sale

Argentina's Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal and Cibils, Labougle, Ibañez Abogados have steered the sale of 36 GE Compañía Financiera units to Argentine bank Columbia without the need for approval by the Central Bank - a move which lawyers say is unprecedented.
