Martinez de Hoz & Rueda helps AFD issue first Argentine loan

Martinez de Hoz & Rueda (MHR) has helped the French Development Agency (AFD) grant its first loan to Argentina, a US$70 million credit line that will help fund a water and sanitation programme in the north of the country.
