Marfrig’s UK unit issues debt

Linklaters in New York and London and Brazil's Lefosse Advogados have represented Moy Park, a UK subsidiary of Brazilian meat processing company Marfrig, for its inaugural notes issuance, worth £200 million (US$335 million).
