Marfrig sells abattoirs to Minerva for US$1.5 billion

Stocche Forbes Advogados in São Paulo and Guyer & Regules in Montevideo have helped Brazilian meat processor Minerva acquire 7.5 billion reais (US$1.5 billion) worth of abattoirs from competitor Marfrig, a deal that includes assets in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay.
