Madeco and Nexans split differences 50-50

Just over two years since their US$800 million deal spanning six countries, Chilean copper cable and pipe manufacturer Madeco and Europe's biggest cable maker, Nexans, have reached an amicable agreement in an ICC arbitration relating to post-closing adjustments.
