Lojas Americanas and Vibra Energia complete convenience store JV

Brazilian retailer Lojas Americanas and petrol distributor Vibra Energia, formerly known as BR Distribuidora, have hired Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados and Stocche Forbes, respectively, to incorporate a 995 million reais (US$185 million) joint venture that will develop convenience stores at petrol stations.
