Local banks back Colombian pipeline with record loan

UK firm Allen & Overy LLP and Colombian firms Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados and Quiñones Cruz Abogados have assisted Oleoducto Bicentenario de Colombia in obtaining a US$1.2 billion syndicated loan facility for the construction of Colombia’s longest oil pipeline, in what is the largest ever financing made by local banks in the country.
