Lobo & de Rizzo helps Pearson break records with Grupo Multi buy

Brazilian firm Lobo & de Rizzo Advogados has helped British publishing and education company Pearson acquire Grupo Multi for more than US$800 million - the largest acquisition in Brazil’s language education sector to date.
