Licensing deal brings Wendy’s to Chile

Salaverri, Dellatorre, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán has helped Argentine investment fund DEGASA establish a licensing agreement with Wendy’s Global Restaurants in Chile, paving the way for the development of 25 of the fast food chain’s restaurants across the country.
