Levy & Salomão Advogados advises MRS Logística in capital markets transaction

The Brazilian railway concessionaire MRS Logística SA has issued a public offer of non-convertible debentures in the Brazilian capital markets, with a floating guarantee and an additional guarantee of receivables from transportation agreements. The transaction was valued at R$700 million (approximately US$300 million).
