Leite Tosto, Rubio Leguía and Estudio Echecopar team up for Peru hydropower M&A

Brazil’s Leite, Tosto e Barros Advogados Associados and Peru’s Rubio Leguía Normand have helped Brazilian electricity company Alupar Investimento buy a 65 per cent share of the La Virgen hydropower project in Peru.
