Lefosse and Pinheiro Guimarães in Eneva debt restructuring

Brazil’s Lefosse Advogados has helped Eneva, the power generation company co-owned by Germany’s E.ON and Brazil’s EBX, to restructure 2 billion reais (US$900 million) of debt through a four-step deal aimed at staving off bankruptcy proceedings.
