Lefosse and Linklaters in bus concession financing

Brazil's Lefosse Advogados, the London office of Linklaters and Cayman firm Maples and Calder have helped HSBC provide financing to three companies to develop the public transport system in the Brazilian city of Manaus in preparation for the 2014 World Cup.
