Leading provider of e-business solutions secures US$25 million funding round

Davis Polk & Wardwell is advising J P Morgan Latin America Capital Partners on its US$25 million investment in the internet consulting firm Lumina Americas, Inc, which is based in New York and has offices in São Paulo, Brazil.
