Latin Lawyer 250 country by country: Guatemala

This is the second largest Central American chapter of the Latin Lawyer 250, with eight firms. It is home to the largest number of single market firms in the region, although that number is dwindling as more local players embrace regionalisation. The latest venture of Mayora & Mayora (Guatemala) is now listed in the Salvadorian chapter of the guide. However, the two largest Guatemalan firms - QIL+4 Abogados and Carrillo & Asociados – do not have offices outside of the country and that is unlikely to change soon.
