The year 2013 was patchy for Brazil’s law firms: the markets stopped and started, foreign investment ground almost to a halt and the economy steadily delved down. Indeed, the figures from the new edition of the Latin Lawyer 250 show growth in the legal market slowing – but also allowing for more measured competition between the firms.
