Latin America “not a safe place for arbitration yet”
A question mark remains over how commercial arbitration proceedings should handle cases involving corruption in Brazil, despite arbitration becoming increasingly endorsed by states across Latin America, heard panellists at a seminar organised by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) at Herbert Smith Freehills’ headquarters in London on 8 March.
