Latin America must be “long-term and pragmatic” to grow, says CAF director

Latin America has lost “relative importance” compared to other regions, says the director of development bank CAF, Guillermo Fernández de Soto, highlighting integration, infrastructure and competitiveness as drivers to recover ground.
