Labour benefits of expatriate workers
On September 19, 2001 the Social Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice handed down its decision in a lawsuit brought by a foreign employee of an oil company seeking to be paid the difference in labour benefits and other employment benefits for the time served with affiliated corporations, both in Venezuela and abroad.
