Judge's decision seen as blow to leniency secrecy in Brazil

A judge in Brazil has agreed to hand over a leniency agreement and other documents stemming from a subway bid-rigging investigation to the state government of São Paulo, which is now threatening to hold the leniency applicant liable for its role in the alleged cartel.
