Jones Day, White & Case and Sidley Austin in Mexichem’s US buy

Six offices of US firm Jones Day have helped pipe and specialty chemicals company Mexichem buy Tennessee-based plastic pipe maker Dura-Line for US$630 million, giving the Mexican company a springboard into the US.
