Jones Day and Weil Gotshal close multi-jurisdictional refinancing

US firm Jones Day, acting through its New York and Mexico City offices, has convened and led a team of legal counsel stretching across 25 jurisdictions advising US-based cleaning company JohnsonDiversey in part of its US$2.6 billion recapitalisation process.
