Japan shores up food supply with Brazil agribusiness loan
Brazilian agribusiness Amaggi has been granted a US$200 million loan from Japan’s Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, which was advised by Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in New York, Santos Neto Advogados in São Paulo and Appleby in the British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands
