IP rights and new mining code key to Iluka/Vale JV

Brazil’s Veirano Advogados has helped Australia’s Iluka Resources agree with Vale to explore and potentially develop a phosphate mine thought to also contain one of the world’s largest unknown titanium deposits, in a contract which sought to establish IP rights for technology and ensure the joint venture would be in line with Brazil’s upcoming mining code.
