Injunction partly stayed on multi-billion award against Chevron

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals in the US has stayed part of a preliminary injunction that prevented the beneficiaries of a US$18.2 billion Ecuadorean court judgment against Chevron from enforcing it anywhere in the world.
