Incentives for call centres
The Panamanian Legislative Assembly has enacted Law No. 54 of October 25 2001 which is designed to promote the setting-up of call centres in Panama. The legislation provides two basic types of incentive for companies holding a licence issued by the Public Services Regulatory Entity (PSRE), which allows them to engage in the call centre business.
