ICC Miami debates arbitrator challenges
A study of investment disputes involving Latin American states suggests arbitrators may be less likely to uphold a challenge against a fellow tribunal member than if the matter is referred to an appointing authority, a lawyer from Arnold & Porter told the ICC's Miami conference this week.
