Hughes Hubbard & Reed and Clifford Chance act in US$100 million financing and export securitisation

Partner Timothy J McCarthy and associate Federico A Goudie from the Miami office of Hughes Hubbard & Reed have acted as special New York counsel to Brazil’s Paranapanema SA and its subsidiaries Caraiba Overseas Ltd and Caraiba Metais SA in a US$100 million financing and copper exports securitisation. The deal closed on July 18.
