Honduras eyes outsourcing work with new law
Ring up a company’s customer service helpline nowadays and the call could be answered by someone thousands of miles away, so widespread is the use of outsourcing. Honduras’ government has recently introduced new legislation in the hope that such calls might be taken by Hondurans with increasing regularity – a move that lawyers say could provide an engine for the country’s short-term economic growth.
