Headrick and Squire Sanders in “monumental” banking merger

Centro Financiero BHD, owner of the Dominican Republic’s second largest bank, has turned to local firm Headrick Rizik Alvarez & Fernández and the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP for its merger with local rival Grupo Financiero León - the largest deal to date in the country’s financial sector.
