Guyer & Regules in Uruguay’s first solar energy PPA

Uruguay’s state utilities company UTE has signed the country’s first large-scale solar energy power purchase agreement (PPA) in a US$100 million deal that saw Guyer & Regules advise Spain’s Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV) as seller.
