Guyer & Regules and Posadas Posadas defend Montes del Plata

Guyer & Regules and Posadas, Posadas & Vecino have teamed up to help Montes del Plata win a case before Uruguay’s Supreme Court, protecting its US$2 billion investment agreement with the government to build a pulp mill in the country from a request for annulment filed by the country's public prosecutor.
