Guyer, Arias Fabrega and Brum Costa in Darby’s arrival to Uruguay

Uruguay’s Guyer & Regules and Panama’s Arias, Fábrega & Fábrega have helped emerging markets private equity firm Darby Overseas Investments take its first steps into Uruguay, with its investment in Health Ventures, the Panamanian holding company of Uruguayan pharmaceutical and medical supplier Bioerix Group.
