Gun-jumpers fined in Argentina
Argentina's Competition Authority has fined a company because it was created before having received antitrust approval. The deal between Aventis and Sanofi, which led to the agglomeration of several Argentine companies, was approved - but the resulting entity was fined AR$832,500 (US$277,500).
