Guerrero and Claro help La Polar secure “critical” capital increase

Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa y Errázuriz has helped embattled Chilean department store company La Polar secure a capital increase through a US$280 million share placement conditional on the company raising a minimum of US$240 million – the first time a capital increase has been structured in such a way in Chile.
