Grupo Sura bolsters ING deal with co-investment

Several international and Latin American firms have helped Colombian investment group Grupo Sura negotiate US$1 billion worth of funding for the acquisition of ING Insurance International’s Latin American assets from General Atlantic, Grupo Bolivar, the IFC and Bancolombia.
