Griesa rules more Argentina holdouts can seek full repayment
US district Judge Thomas Griesa has ruled that Argentina violated an equal treatment clause governing US$234 million worth of sovereign debt held by a group of 15 holdout creditors, paving the way for the group to obtain the same judgment awarded in favour of NML Capital that tipped the South American country into sovereign default a year ago.
