Government decree helps puts Uruguay on the culinary map
Brazilian food-lovers with a taste for luxury could soon be visiting Uruguay with more frequency after the government passed a decree significantly expanding the number of products that can be sold under the country’s duty free regime to include luxury cheeses, high-end alcoholic beverages and balsamic vinegar.
