Goodrich’s Sánchez joins Haynes and Boone in Mexico

Former Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados partner Jorge Sánchez has joined Haynes and Boone SC as partner to bolster the corporate finance and M&A teams and open a new mining practice, in line with the firm’s strategy to ready itself for Mexico’s structural reforms through considered lateral hires.
