González Calvillo, Goodrich and Mijares in plastic refinancing

Mexico’s Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados, working with Chicago firm Vedder Price PC, has represented the North American holding company of Belgian plastics distributor Ravago, as it secured a US$500 million loan from a syndicate led by Wells Fargo.
