Gómez-Pinzón steers Termocandelaria credit facility

Colombia’s Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados, the New York, Miami and Mexico City offices of White & Case LLP and Cayman Islands firm Maples and Calder have helped energy distributor Termocandelaria enter into a US$120 million credit facility with Bancolombia Panama and Banco Davivienda, with the Colombian law firm acting as lead counsel.
