Gómez Pinzón and Brigard work through landmark telecoms merger

Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados has helped Colombian telecoms operator UNE EPM acquire a 25 per cent stake in Colombia Móvil, an important step in its merger with Millicom signed a month earlier.
