Going against the grain

Unlike their counterparts in the US and Europe, Latin American firms have not traditionally received lawyers from abroad as part of foreign associate programmes – until now. Following the rapid development of Latin America’s economies, a small but growing contingent from across the region and further afield are heading to the region’s top legal practices to boost their local knowledge.
