Geely and Renault ink powertrain JV involving LatAm assets

Three Jones Day offices, Bofill Mir Abogados in Santiago and Brazilian firm BMA Advogados have helped Chinese automotive company Geely enter into a joint venture with Renault to launch a powertrain company that will rely on technology produced by the French carmaker’s plants in Argentina, Brazil and Chile.
