Gas Natural and CEMIG form Brazil’s biggest gas distributor

Brazil’s Lobo & Ibeas and the São Paulo, Miami and New York offices of Jones Day have helped Spain’s Gas Natural Fenosa create the largest gas distributor in Brazil by forming a joint venture with Brazilian state-controlled power company CEMIG.
