Freshfields, Linklaters and Hogan Lovells primed for beer merger

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Hogan Lovells LLP and Linklaters are lined up to advise on Anheuser-Busch InBev’s multibillion takeover bid of rival brewer SABMiller, a deal that would give the Belgian beer company greater coverage of Latin America – already its most profitable market.
