France's Vinci buys LatAm assets in US$6.2 billion energy tie-up

Construction company Vinci has enlisted Cuatrecasas offices in Spain, Chile, Mexico and Peru and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in Paris to finalise its joint venture with Spanish counterpart ACS in a deal worth up to 5.5 billion euros (US$6.2 billion), handing the French buyer several Latin American energy projects.
