Four Mexican firms in Pan America’s Minefinders acquisition

US firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, working through its Toronto and New York offices, Canadian firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Mexican firms RB Abogados and Ortiz Sosa Ysusi y Cia SC have advised Canada’s Pan American Silver in a US$1.48 billion acquisition of Vancouver-based Minefinders, a company with assets in Mexico.
